16-Year-Old In Radnor Sees Reduced Speeding Infraction

Sep 23 2016, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

In Radnor Township, a 16-year-old was recently pulled over and charged with speeding after going 25 miles over the posted residential limit. Traveling at such a high rate of speed in a neighborhood is not only dangerous, it is also a serious traffic offense, carrying points on his license and the possibility of suspension. Because this young man was a new driver, it was important to preserve a clean driving history. His family contacted Pennsylvania traffic lawyer Michael Fienman because Mr. Fienman had helped to keep his older siblings out of trouble in the past.

By utilizing his extensive experience in the Pennsylvania traffic courts and well-cultivated relationships with police officers and local judges, attorney Fienman effectively convinced all the parties involved to amend his client’s speeding infraction to a much less severe citation of going 5 miles over the posted limit. Due to attorney Fienman’s representation, his young client was able to protect his driving record from being assessed any points.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
