First DUI Offense Expunged For Philadelphia Man

Nov 13 2015, by Michael Fienman in Alcohol, Case Results, DUI

A man in his 30s was charged with his first Philadelphia DUI offense. The man, a single father of two, was uneasy about having the DUI charge on his record. Looking for legal support, he reached out to Philadelphia criminal defense and DUI attorney Michael Fienman.

Fienman saw an opportunity to get his client into a diversionary program and in that program, he will have a one month license suspension, be required to pay $800 in fines as well as a monthly probation supervision fee. Once he completes his term of probation, the Philadelphia district attorney’s office will automatically expunge the charge form his record; a positive outcome for our client.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
