License Restored For DelCo Mom Caught Driving Under Suspended License

Dec 14 2015, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

A soccer mom from Delaware County was represented by Newtown Square criminal defense attorney Michael Fienman. Her license had been suspended some time ago after she received a ticket in Delaware. For the past two years, the problem was ignored. In her case, the state of Delaware notified her home state of Pennsylvania which in turn resulted in a suspended license. Our client could not afford to have a suspended license because she has three kids who all needed to be driven to various activities.

Fienman reviewed the case and was determined to both fight her charge and ensure her license would be valid once again. She had two previous traffic tickets on her record and acquired two more while Fienman was representing her because she continued to drive. Fienman worked with the State of Delaware and PennDOT to resolve the suspension issue. Ultimately, at the court hearings, Fienman was able to diffuse and resolve the entire situation by working everything out in her favor. After a number of court hearings, before the Magisterial District Court, her license was restored and all four tickets pending against her were dismissed. She did not acquire any fines in the process and can go about her daily activities without penalty.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
