Man In Montgomery County Receives No Points For Speeding Citation

May 18 2016, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

Not long ago, a man in Montgomery County was pulled over for going too fast and consequently charged a speeding citation for going 28 miles over the posted limit, which is a four-point violation. The man did not want to see his driving record tainted with this violation and contacted the traffic attorney Michael Fienman for assistance.

Being well established in dealing with Pennsylvania traffic law, particularly excessive speeding offences, attorney Fienman negotiated to have the speeding citation reduced to going five miles per hour over the limit. This lesser offence carried no points and the client could retain his unblemished driving record.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
