Michael H. Fienman, Fienman Defense’s founder and managing attorney, chose to open an office in Montgomery County because of his strong commitment to the entire Philadelphia area.

Since the start of his legal career, Mr. Fienman has practiced law in the Philadelphia area courts. He has handled cases in every district and common pleas court in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.

He understands the workings of the Montgomery County courts and has developed good working relationships with local judges, magistrates and prosecutors.

Located at 450 N Narberth Ave, Suite 2 in Narberth, Pennsylvania, the Fienman Defense office is in the heart of Montgomery County, close to the county seat in Norristown, and with easy access to Montgomery County’s Common Pleas Court and the county’s Magisterial District Courts.
