Norristown Man Driving Under Suspension And Without A Valid License Sees No Additional Suspension

Apr 21 2016, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

A man in his mid-30s was caught driving through a red light at the intersection of Main Street and Dekalb Pike in Norristown, Pennsylvania. A passing officer happened to witness the event, captured it on video, and consequently pulled him over. As a result of this minor traffic offense, the officer then realized the man was driving under suspension and was without a valid license. The Philadelphia man, a construction worker in the area, asked Montgomery County criminal defense attorney Michael Fienman for legal assistance in mending this situation.

After an in-depth license restoration consultation, attorney Fienman determined that he could help his client become a valid driver again. Prior to the court hearing, Fienman successfully assisted the man in restoring his driver’s license. Once in court, Fienman, using his client’s now valid license as leverage, was able to get the driving under suspension ticket thrown out for payment of a small fine. Our client did not accrue any points on his record and did not see any additional suspension time.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
