Red Light Violation Reduced to Zero Points

Jul 01 2014, by Michael Fienman in 2014, Case Results, July, Traffic Defense

A 68-year-old human resources director was recently charged with an illegal turn in Montgomery County. Her case was heard in Montgomery County MDJ 38-1-22. Similarly to another recent case, she was charged with allegedly turning right without stopping for a red light signal.

Philadelphia traffic lawyer Michael Fienman attended one court date on the woman’s behalf, and the client did not have to attend at all because Michael was given executed power of attorney to handle the case in her absence. He was able to get the charge reduced to a zero-point non-moving traffic violation with a much smaller fine.

Case results depend upon a variety of factors unique to each case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any future case.
