We recently represented an 85-year-old Bryn Mawr man who was issued a citation for an improper left turn after allegedly causing an accident with an oncoming vehicle. The Lower Merion Police cleared the scene and a trial was scheduled before Montgomery County Magisterial District Court 38-1-06. On the day of the trial, a number of the Commonwealth’s witnesses appeared with the intention of testifying against our client. Despite this, Philadelphia traffic lawyer Michael Fienman was able to negotiate a plea moments before trial so that the client could avoid the embarrassment and probable guilty finding by the court. Our client ultimately plead guilty to a non-moving violation, and did not receive any points on his driving record. This favorable outcome also prevented the senior citizen from a possible loss of driving privileges and having to be evaluated by a doctor.

Case results depend upon a variety of factors unique to each case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any future case.
