A college senior, studying at Villanova University came to the experienced traffic attorney Michael Fienman for help after she was pulled over and charged with improperly passing a school bus, which is a five point offense that carries a license suspension along with significant fines. Apparently, the young woman was traveling east in the far right lane of Lancaster Avenue, while a bus was going west in the far left lane and she claims that she did not see the lights and stop arm were activated because of the distance and early morning hour.

Using an abundance of knowledge in Pennsylvania traffic law, attorney Fienman negotiated to have the improperly passing a school bus charge amended to failing to carry a valid driver license, a very favorable result which includes a $130 fine, but no license suspension or points on her driving record. This greatly pleased the client and is even more notable considering the agreement to amend was approved by a new judge in the local magisterial court.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
