After an unfortunate incident in Lancaster, our client was charged with resisting arrest, which is a 2nd-degree misdemeanor, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct.

This exposed him to some inconvenient penalties and possible time in custody because of his criminal record. But fortunately, he retained attorney Michael Fienman, who negotiated with the prosecutor to have the matter completely resolved in Magisterial District Court.

Attorney Fienman worked to reduce the charges to a single count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. As a result, the client was given six months of probation.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
