A motorcyclist driving on I-76 was clocked by radar going 80 mph in a 70 mph zone. He was then accused of eluding the officers and clocked at speeds upwards of 110 mph. Upon arrest, the driver faced a litany of charges: fleeing and eluding, exceeding the speed limit by 30+ mph, disorderly conduct, and improper passing.
Attorney Fienman fought for the best possible outcome and resolved the matter through the accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) program, which included six months of probation, 10 hours of community service, and a fine. Upon completion, the case can be expunged.
