A woman in her mid-30s was charged with criminal trespassing during her commute home from work. After stopping off for a drink with her co-workers, the woman took the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). On the way home, she missed the stop where her husband was waiting to pick her up. To avoid any embarrassment, she decided to take matters into her own hands and walk along the train tracks, an illegal act for safety reasons. Soon after, she found herself in police custody and with a costly citation.

The woman went directly to Fienman Defense for strong legal guidance during her time of need. After reviewing the case with his client, Philadelphia criminal defense attorney Michael Fienman was successful in enrolling her into a summary diversion program. Our client will go through one Saturday morning class and receive an expungement of her criminal trespassing charge thereafter.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
