A man in his early 60s was recently charged with simple assault and reckless endangerment as misdemeanors of the second degree. As an out-of-state resident, he was on vacation in Philadelphia with his girlfriend when they got into an argument at the hotel. The police were called and the man was charged at that time.

Through counsel and representation across three court dates, Michael Fienman was able to negotiate for the prosecution to withdraw its charges. He then prepared and filed an expungement petition, which was granted in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. This meant that our client did not suffer any legal consequences from the charges since they have been completely erased from his criminal record.

Case results depend upon a variety of factors unique to each case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any future case.
