A Chester man had issues receiving mail at his home and did not receive notices for several traffic offenses. He was found guilty in absentia of multiple offenses. When Attorney Fienman took the case, his client’s license was suspended for two years, and still faced outstanding tickets for failing to provide insurance and registration.

Fienman prevented further penalty by resolving the open tickets down to fines. The other cases in which the client was found guilty in absentia were already beyond the regular 30-day appeal period. However, a nunc pro tunc appeal allowed him to retroactively resolve the old cases. At the conclusion of the case, the client’s license was unsuspended.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
