We recently represented a 68-year-old man charged with an improper left turn in a car accident in Bucks County MDJ 07-1-08. This is a summary offense in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and it carries three (3) points on a Pennsylvania driving record. The client owes only court costs of about $50, and the dismissal will not show on his driving record.
