Bucks County Truck Driver Maintains License After Receiving Six Traffic Citations

Feb 23 2016, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

A truck driver in his early 30s found himself with six different traffic citations, two of which were ordered by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue after allegedly displaying improper tax stickers on his truck. The man was passing through Jamison, Pennsylvania at the time of his issued citations. Looking to avoid a probable license suspension and considerable fines, the man, a longtime client, once again took his case to Fienman Defense.

After careful evaluation, Bucks County criminal defense attorney Michael Fienman fought ardently in favor of his client to protect the livelihood of his job. The man pled guilty to a single two-point offense associated with a small fine. Our client was able to keep his driver’s license, and he can continue working.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
