Philadelphia DUI lawyer Michael Fienman of Fienman Defense recently represented a Lancaster man who found himself under arrest. He and his girlfriend were out partying at a strip club after a Phillies game one Saturday night and got a little out of hand after drinking too much and imbibing illicit drugs. The man grew concerned because he couldn’t remember anything from the night. Convinced he was slipped a mickey, he called attorney Fienman for help in this unpredictable situation.

Unfortunately, our client had a serious history of aggravated assault cases on his record. For this reason, it was not possible to get him into a diversionary program. With this in mind, Fienman prepared for court, ready to fight on behalf of his client. After repeated in-court appearances, it was determined that the prosecution could not present their evidence. With that, the case was dismissed and our client was eligible for expungement.
