A commercial driver was recently pulled over in his 18-wheeler on the Northeast Extension of 476 for speeding and careless driving. As a professional driver, a careless driving citation and the points attached to such a violation would put his CDL in serious jeopardy. Therefore, he sought legal help from Fienman Defense and a veteran Pennsylvania traffic lawyer Mike Fienman. Attorney Fienman immediately set to work to protect the man’s driving credentials and negotiated to amend the violation to a zero-point infraction. The man was still required to pay a $300 fine, but his livelihood was preserved.
