A woman under DUI suspension after three previous DUI charges received was pulled over while driving in Glenside, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. She was driving home from work in her boyfriend’s car. She received several serious charges: driving with an unregistered vehicle, driving on a DUI suspended license, and operating a vehicle without insurance.

The citations that were issued carry hefty fines and a mandatory 60 days incarceration. Ultimately a 12-month license suspension was handed down to the woman but no jail time and hefty fines were avoided. Fienman’s client was very grateful.
