Excessive Speeding in Radnor Reduced to 0-Points

Dec 07 2018, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

If you were pulled over for speeding on Brooke, Road in Radnor Township, PA you are not alone. As a long, residential, 25 mile an hour speed zone, the area sees a lot of costly speeding tickets. However, you don’t need to resign yourself to paying the ticket, and accepting points on your license.

Philadelphia traffic lawyer and Radnor Township resident, Michael Fienman recently represented a man who was ticketed on that stretch of Brooke Road for going 31 miles per hour over the limit. This is considered excessive speeding in Pennsylvania, which exposed him to five points and a PennDOT hearing that would likely result with a license suspension.

Fortunately, attorney Fienman negotiated on his client’s behalf and successfully arranged to have the citation amended to a 0-point violation and a minimal fine. This intervention from a skilled traffic lawyer saved this driver time, money, and the hardship of losing his license.
