Excessive Speeding Reduced to Zero Points in NJ

Mar 11 2020, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

When a man was ticketed in NJ for speeding 44 miles an hour over the limit on the Betsy Ross Bridge, his driving record and insurance rates were put at risk. Attorney Fienman appeared on his behalf in Pennsauken Township Municipal Court and negotiated the excessive speeding ticket down to a Zero-Point, Non-Moving violation. This spared him considerable expense and hassle as it would not be reported to his insurance company or result in any adverse consequences on his driving record.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
