A Bucks County juvenile charged with multiple sex-related crimes got treatment, probation, and possible expungement thanks to early involvement from Attorney Fienman. The juvenile was charged with incest, rape of a child, and aggravated indecent assault. The charges came after the victim’s friend innocently passed the information along to a mandatory reporter.

After consulting with an expert in forensic psychology, Attorney Fienman was able to secure a plea agreement which resulted in one year of probation for his juvenile client. Additionally, the charges will be eligible for expungement.
