Juvenile Record Expunged in Buck’s County

Feb 12 2019, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Juvenile Crimes

Many people assume that juvenile criminal records in Pennsylvania are permanently erased when you reach adulthood. This is inaccurate, and unless your juvenile record is properly expunged, a prosecutor can use it against you down the line.

Recently, attorney Fienman was contacted about expunging a man’s juvenile record in Buck’s County for a past conviction for indecent assault, indecent exposure, and assault. While this conviction occurred well in the past, he did not want to deal with the lingering stigma of his juvenile record. With this goal in mind, attorney Fienman facilitated the expungement process and had the man’s record was expunged.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
