A Philadelphia driver was slapped with two citations. The first was for driving on a suspended license after a prior DUI. The second was a stop sign violation.

The driver was facing a mandatory period 60 days in custody and prolonged license suspension of one year. Attorney Michael Fienman defended the driver, ultimately getting both citations dismissed. The driver saw no further suspension and avoided time behind bars.
