No Insurance Charge Dismissed for Foreign Student In Hit and Run

Sep 14 2020, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Criminal Defense, Traffic Defense

Not long ago, a foreign student had a car accident and left the scene. After being located, she received a citation for leaving the scene of an accident, having no insurance, and failing to provide information or render aid.

The lack of insurance and other charges could have resulted in the suspension of her license and points on her driving record, which would have been a real hardship to the mother of four. But Attorney Michael Fienman represented her and secured a dismissal for the lack of insurance charge. She received fines for the other offenses, but Attorney Fienman arranged a payment plan with the Philadelphia traffic court.
