No Jail for New Hope DUI Charge

May 31 2023, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, DUI

Attorney Michael Fienman recently helped a New Hope, Bucks County, client stay out of jail and get his life back together after a DUI charge.

The man was driving when he allegedly struck parked cars and a tree before police caught up to him. Law enforcement had solid evidence that Fienman carefully reviewed before advising his client on the next steps.

The client revealed to Fienman that he wanted help getting his drinking under control. Fienman worked hard with his client to get him admitted to an in-patient rehab facility. Ultimately, the client pled guilty to the DUI and Fienman successfully argued for the Court to allow his time in the in-patient center to count as time as if it were served in prison. Thus the client avoided jail altogeather and was able to focus on his recovery.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
