No Points for Driving with a DUI Suspension in Chester County

Aug 25 2022, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, DUI, Traffic Defense

A Chester County man was cited for going 30 mph over the speed limit on Route 202, which he received while his license was suspended for a DUI. The offense of driving under a DUI suspended license carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 60 days incarceration and a $500 fine.

DUI Attorney Fienman successfully negotiated the speeding ticket down to just 5 miles over the limit. He also was able to avoid the mandatory minimum sentence for the DUI suspended license by amending the charge to a zero-point violation with no further license suspension.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
