Jul 27 2018, by Case Results, Traffic Defense inPennsylvania traffic attorney Michael Fienman recently assisted an out-of-state driver after a high-speed accident on I-95 ended with him rolling a rental car and a citation for careless driving. Now confronted with a three-point violation and any collateral consequence to his Georgia driving record, attorney Fienman handled the matter and appeared on his client’s behalf. Without the client needing to return to PA, attorney Fienman plead to a no-point (non moving) violation, which had no negative impact on his home state’s license.
