Penn State Student’s Disorderly Conduct Charge Dismissed

Nov 04 2020, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Disorderly Conduct

A Penn State student home for the holidays in Doylestown learned a hard lesson about listening to the wrong people. Fortunately, attorney Fienman was there to help limit the consequences.

The student was with a friend waiting to get into a popular bar. When he realized he needed to use the restroom he asked the bouncer to allow him in for that purpose. The bouncer denied the request but told him he could use the alleyway beside the bar. When he did, the police observed the incident and arrested him.

While the incident was embarrassing and exposed him to a conviction on his record, attorney Fienman negotiated for his client to complete community service in exchange for a dismissal of the charges.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
