Public Drunkenness after Eagles Game Dismissed

Dec 31 2018, by Michael Fienman in Alcohol, Case Results, Disorderly Conduct

When a man in Lower Merion found himself charged with public drunkenness on Lancaster Avenue for attempting to walk home after an Eagles game, he wanted the matter addressed quickly and with the best possible outcome. This led him to Fienman Defense, where Philadelphia attorney Michael Fienman negotiated to have his client enrolled into a Magisterial District Judge diversionary program with a requirement to complete 12 hours of community service. Once the terms of the program were met, the charge was dismissed, and the client became eligible for a total expungement of the record.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
