An ivy league MBA student was visiting a friend in Villanova, Delaware County, Pennsylvania for a wedding. After the reception, the limousine that the man was riding in stopped at a Radnor Township convenience store, and not realizing the store had bathrooms, the man urinated in the outside bushes. A cop was driving by, witnessed the event, and wrote him a citation for public urination.

The student was in the process of finishing his program and about to graduate. He was terrified about what would happen to his job prospects if they found out about the incident. He contacted Fienman Defense almost immediately and Delco criminal defense attorney Michael Fienman took care of the situation – his client did not even have to appear in court.

After speaking with the Radnor Township PD and Magisterial District Judge Leon Hunter, who covers cases in Newtown Township and Radnor Township, an agreement was reached for Fienman’s client to complete community service in exchange for dismissing the charge. Later, Fienman successfully filed for expungement. By the time his client graduated from ULCA, he would not be required to disclose the public urination charge when applying for jobs.
