Not too long ago, a Montgomery County Community College student was caught shoplifting at a local Giant supermarket and charged with retail theft. As a student looking to land a job fresh out of college, she knew her attempts would falter with a theft conviction on her background. Looking for experienced legal direction, Montgomery County criminal defense attorney Michael Fienman chose to represent the young student.
