Speeding Violation of 16 Over Reduced For High School Student

Dec 17 2015, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

Recently, Delaware County criminal defense attorney Michael Fienman represented a 17-year-old high school student who was caught speeding. Police officers pulled her over after witnessing her driving 16 mph over the speed limit in Radnor Township. The young driver, growing more and more concerned about her record, immediately hired Fienman for legal assistance in this speeding violation.

Fienman, well-versed in the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code (Title 75) was well prepared for trial on this speeding violation which is considered very serious because of the girl’s age and inexperience behind the wheel. As a result of his legal representation, the girl agreed to plead guilty to a non-moving violation that does not carry any points and will not appear on her driver’s record. She was required to pay a small fine.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
