Speeding Violation Of 32 MPH Over Reduced To Zero Point Violation For Bucks County Woman

Nov 12 2015, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Criminal Defense, Traffic Defense

Bucks County criminal defense attorney Michael Fienman recently represented a 49-year-old woman who was pulled over by a state trooper on I-95 for speeding. She was caught driving 32 mph over the posted speed limit of 55 mph. In the state of Pennsylvania, this five-point offense requires a mandatory PennDOT administrative hearing with a license suspension very likely. Based on Fienman’s extensive knowledge and past vast experience with the Magisterial District Judges of Bucks County, he was able to get this very serious speeding charge reduced to a zero point violation – a tremendous outcome for our client.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
