Successful Expungement For College Student With Alcohol And Drug DUI

Apr 08 2016, by Michael Fienman in Alcohol, Case Results, Criminal Defense, Drug Crimes, DUI

A college student from Montgomery County was recently cited for driving under the influence of both alcohol and drugs. The young student knew that his future attempts at applying for employment after college would be thwarted with a DUI conviction on his background. The man chose Fienman Defense to handle his pending DUI.

Experienced DUI attorney Michael Fienman took the necessary steps to have his client accepted and enrolled into the ARD, a first-time offenders program. After fulfilling the necessary program requirements, our client became eligible for a complete expungement of his Alcohol And Drug DUI charge. Just recently, the matter was heard before the Philadelphia court system, and an expungement was granted. The student can continue to apply for jobs without the likely ramifications of a DUI impacting his future employment.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
