Traffic Charge Amended For No Points In Levittown

May 26 2016, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

A man in Levittown, PA was recently pulled over and cited for failing to stop at a red signal. He did not want to see this traffic charge lead to added difficulties such as points on his driving record, a costly fine, or higher premiums so he searched for a Pennsylvania traffic attorney that could help him minimize the harm to his driving record. He retained Bucks County criminal defense lawyer Michael Fienman, who used his network of relationships to have the initial traffic charge of running a red signal amended to a non-moving violation. This adjustment resulted in a $125 fine for the client, but more significantly he won’t see a negative impact on his driving record from additional points.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
