DUI Charge Expunged For Out-Of-State Man

Apr 05 2016, by Michael Fienman in Alcohol, Case Results, DUI

A California man in his early 30s was charged with DUI while visiting Pennsylvania. The man, having just lost his father, was struggling to cope with the passing and turned to alcohol. Looking for legal support with his first DUI offense, the man contacted Fienman Defense.

DUI Attorney Michael Fienman, compassionate to the needs of his client during this unfortunate time, handled everything for his out-of-state client, as such, his appearance in a Pennsylvania court was only required one time. Fienman was successful in having the man enrolled into ARD. Under Fienman’s direction, our client went through community service and alcohol classes in California and later saw his DUI charge expunged.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
