Chester County Probation Violation Ends with Early Termination

Jan 24 2020, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Criminal Defense

When a man was charged with a probation violation in Chester County, he reached out to Fienman Defense. Although he was nearing the end of his probation, he was informed that he had failed to undergo a mandatory drug and alcohol evaluation. While this seemed to be an oversight, the alleged violation was serious because it could result in him returning to prison.

Attorney Fienman assessed the situation, spoke with the parties involved, and demonstrated that the violation was unwarranted because he had submitted to prior evaluations. It was attorney Fienman’s attention to detail and thoroughness that saved this client from unnecessary prison time. As a result of Mr. Fienman’s involvement, his probation was terminated early and he was excused from any more restrictions.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
