Speeding Reduced to Non-Moving Violation

Oct 27 2021, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

A man with an out-of-state driver’s license was charged with driving five miles per hour over the speed limit.

While the penalty in Pennsylvania would have been minimal, his home state would have assessed license points.

The man sought legal representation from Attorney Fienman, who had the charge amended to a non-moving violation that would result in no points on the man’s license.
