When a successful young professional suffered a mental health crisis and allegedly got physical with a police officer, he was charged with a serious felony offense of aggravated assault.

Attorney Fienman gets to know his clients personally and understand their situation so he can serve them better. After talking with the young man and hearing his story, Fienman passionately advocated for his client to be admitted to mental health court. This helped the client avoid the harsh penalties of regular criminal court and enabled him to access the treatment he needed for his mental health. The case was later dismissed and expunged.
