Case Results

Recently, a client was driving a motorcycle on I-76 and weaving through bumper-to-bumper traffic. He was pursued and pulled over by a state trooper and later charged with several offenses, including fleeing and eluding a police officer.

The client called attorney Fienman right away, and he was able to enter an ARD program which he successfully completed. Fienman later had the case expunged once enough time had passed.
