A New Jersey auto dealership accused of allowing an unlicensed driver to operate their vehicle saw its case dismissed after partnering with Attorney Fienman.
Police pulled over a car the auto dealership owned, and the driver was allegedly not licensed. This could have implicated the auto dealership’s dealer license, the registration of the vehicle in question, and the licensing status of the non-driver accused of allowing an unlicensed driver to operate the vehicle.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
