A man from Havertown was facing multiple charges after he allegedly became drunk and went to the wrong house.

Believing he was going to his uncle’s house, the uncle’s neighbor said he saw the accused trying to open his truck through a doorbell camera.

Later, he called the police, who allegedly found a marijuana vape cartridge on his person. As a result, the man was charged with drug possession, paraphernalia, criminal trespass, public drunkenness and an underage alcohol offense.

This case was completely resolved at the preliminary hearing because attorney Fienman arranged for the man to plead to the lesser charge of summary disorderly conduct. The defendant saw no other conviction and paid a minimum fine and court costs.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
