A woman driving on I-476 was involved in an accident and cited by Pennsylvania State Police for failing to drive on the right side of the roadway, improper driving on roadways laned for traffic, and improper driving on divided highways. She faced points for two of the three offenses.

Attorney Fienman was able to get two of the citations withdrawn. The last was amended to a zero-point non-moving violation. She only paid court fees.
