A nurse who was charged with driving under the influence got ARD instead of harsh criminal penalties after working with DUI Attorney Fienman. The charge also threatened the woman’s nursing license, but Mr. Fienman handled those issues to keep the license intact.

The woman was charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident after allegedly crashing into a retaining wall.

Her blood alcohol content (BAC) was reportedly high but just below the threshold for ARD admittance in Chester County.

Although the accident technically should have prevented ARD in this case, Mr. Fienman was able to have her admitted to the program.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
