A 40-year-old Michigan man, working in the IT industry was recently cited for a Pennsylvania DUI. The out-of-state resident was pulled over by police officers while driving through New Britain Township. Bucks County DUI attorney Michael Fienman represented the man in his DUI.

Attorney Fienman responded promptly to the man’s case and successfully had him enrolled into ARD. Our client was required to come back to Pennsylvania only once for the ARD hearing. However, Fienman handled the case in its entirety for his out-of-state client, saving him a number of trips and travel expenses. Under Fienman’s dedicated service to his client, the man was enrolled in a six-month ARD program rather than a one-year term. Thereafter, he will be eligible for an expungement of his Pennsylvania DUI. The man will face a 60-day license suspension in the state of Pennsylvania, but nevertheless, the suspension will not likely affect him as his Michigan license remains valid in all other states.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
