Attorney Fienman successfully represented a client charged with possession of paraphernalia under challenging circumstances.

His client was experiencing a seizure when EMS and police arrived on the scene. Upon their arrival, the client’s wife informed the police that he was a drug addict and had discarded a crack pipe in the backyard.

Despite the initial charge of possession of paraphernalia, Attorney Fienman effectively argued for a probationary sentence despite his client’s extensive criminal history and sentencing guidelines that prescribed jail time.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
