A 23-year-old woman was recently charged with public drunkenness and misconduct in Media, Pennsylvania – summary offenses in the eyes of the Commonwealth. She retained Michael Fienman to represent her for these charges in Delaware Magisterial District Court 32-1-28. Michael was able to negotiate for his client’s charges to be withdrawn, and the Commonwealth agreed. A withdrawal of charges meant that our client’s criminal record would not be affected. She also did not owe any costs or fines to the court.
