Our client, who lives in New Jersey was stopped by Pennsylvania State Police on I 95 for doing 83 mph in a 55 mph zone. At nearly 30 mph over the posted speed limit, he faced points on his license and possibly other penalties if it was reported to NJ.

The man retained attorney Michael Fienman to handle the matter in Philadelphia traffic court based on his experience and knowledge of both state’s traffic code sections and procedures. As a result, instead of a harsh and expensive punishment, attorney Fienman negotiated to have the charge reduced to something that won’t be picked up by the NJ DMV or reported on his license.
