Drug Possession Diversion in Bucks County for Dismissal & Expungement

Oct 16 2019, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Drug Crimes

A young man in Bucks County was charged with marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia during a routine traffic stop. While it is normally quite a challenge to have the misdemeanor charges set aside at the Preliminary Hearing and enter a diversion program in Bucks County, attorney Michael Fienman always attempts to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients. This led to his client’s admission into the Bucks County District Court Diversion Program. Once his client completes the terms of the program and any drug counseling recommendations, the case will be dismissed. This makes him eligible for an expungement, where the entire incident will be removed from his record.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
